Working principle
The machine consists of a rotating turntable on which the workpiece is placed. The turntable rotates at a controlled speed while a or two blasting wheel located above the turntable pushes abrasive media onto the workpiece surface, abrasive media such as steel shots or sand are accelerated by the blasting wheel and impact the surface with force, effectively removing contaminants. Impurities and waste abrasive are then collected and separated through a system of pipes and filters.
