A catering oil-water separator is an environmentally friendly device installed at the sewer outlet, mainly used to prevent grease and solid waste from entering the drainage system. Its materials include fibreglass and stainless steel. The core component, the grease interceptor, uses a staged structure including a residue collection chamber and a grease collection chamber, achieving oil-water separation through the principle of gravity separation.
Catering type oil-water separator is mainly used to separate and collect solid dirt and grease in catering wastewater, and the treated wastewater is discharged into the city sewer pipe.

Structural characteristics
The grease trap has a box structure and can be buried underground or placed on the ground. When the non-slip lid is opened, sewage flows through the inlet into the residue trapping chamber, leaving solid materials behind. The sewage then flows under the edge of the baffle into the grease trapping chamber, where a large amount of grease floats to the surface by gravity separation. The degreased sewage flows under the baffle edge into the grease separation chamber, where grease separates again and rises to the surface. The outlet of the degreased sewage flows into a standardized water sampling chamber as specified by the National Environmental Protection Agency, facilitating sampling before being discharged through the outlet pipe.
The entire grease trap is finely and rationally designed, compact, highly efficient, and made of stainless steel and fiberglass.

Type
1. Underground type

Conditions: Used on the second floor and above, with reserved installation holes on the ground.
Location: Preferably arranged at the beginning of horizontal drainage branches (pollution source).
Features: Securely installed, can bear the weight of the equipment, and does not affect the quality of the floor or building lifespan.
Types: Divided into standard, fireproof, and special-shaped as needed.
3. Floor-mounted type
Conditions: No underground space available, but has a position to place it on the ground.
Location: Before the drainage branch, directly connected to the sink, stove, or water counter.
4. Large type
Conditions: Can be installed underground or placed on the floor.
Location: At the end of the drainage branch.
Features: Can be assembled on-site, suitable for high-rise buildings' underground clean water tanks and sump pits, improves sewage water quality, and extends the service life of submersible pumps
