Industrial oil fume purifier is a purification system specifically designed to handle exhaust gases with high concentrations of oil fumes and complex oil fume components. The equipment uses a unique mechanical demister for preliminary treatment of oil mist particles, followed by non-thermal plasma electrostatic adsorption technology, capable of processing particles ranging from 0.01μm to 3μm. Working principle:

Under the action of an applied high voltage, electrons are emitted from the surface or vicinity of the negative electrode metal wire and rapidly move towards the positive electrode, colliding with gas molecules and ionising them. When oily smoke exhaust passes through this high-voltage electric field, the oil smoke particles become charged in a very short time due to collisions capturing gas ions, and move towards the positive collection plate under the action of the electric field force, thus achieving separation.

The structure of the oil fume purifier usually includes the following main parts:

Electric field part: This is the core component. It is generally composed of materials such as metal plates or meshes. The oil fume particles are charged and adsorbed on the electric field plate by applying a high-voltage electric field.

Dust collecting plate: used to collect charged particles. Usually, corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean materials such as stainless steel plates are used to clean the accumulated oil and particles regularly.

Fan: It plays the role of ventilation and exhaust and discharges the purified air outdoors.

Control system: including power supply, controller, etc., which are used to control the voltage, current, and other parameters of the electric field to ensure the regular operation and efficient purification effect of the cleaner.

Shell: It plays the role of protecting the internal structure and beauty. It is usually made of solid materials with good sealing and corrosion resistance.

Some oil fume cleaners may also be equipped with auxiliary components such as pre-filters and deodorizers to enhance the purification effect further and improve the air quality. Different models of oil fume purifiers may differ in specific structure and design.
