The integrated sewage treatment equipment integrates the primary sedimentation tank, biological reactor, MBBR tank, secondary sedimentation tank, MBR membrane tank, disinfection tank, etc. into one device, eliminating the tedious sewage treatment process design and civil engineering.

Process
1) The sewage enters the rtificial grille first, and the solid waste in the domestic sewage is initially removed by the grille.
2) Then enters the regulating tank to adjust the water quality and quantity, and then is pumped to the Anaerobic tank by the lifting pump, and the organic matter in the sewage is decomposed, metabolized and digested by the anaerobic bacteria, so that the organic matter content in the sewage is greatly reduced.
3) Then enters teh anoxic tank and the submersible agitator is arranged in the anoxic tank to perform nitrification and denitrification. Combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, the macromolecular organic particles are decomposed into small molecular organic particles, which can improve the biodegradability of the wastewater.
4) Then the sewage flows into the aerobic tank and conducts aerobic biochemical reactions. The substance is degraded by biological oxidation
5) And the effluent flows to the second setting tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant of the second setting tank flows into the clear water tank
6) The sludge in the second setting tank is returned to the Anoxic tank by the sludge return pump, and the other part of the sludge is sedimented by itself to the sludge tank.
7)The sludge in the sludge tank is periodically dewatered by the sludge dewatering machine. The sewage sludge supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
