The fibre bundle filter is a water filtration device with a novel structure independently developed by our company. It can be widely used in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy, electronics, food, and cosmetics for industrial water treatment, boiler water treatment, advanced treatment of industrial wastewater, domestic water, baths, swimming pools, and other water treatment applications.
Field applications of the fibre bundle filter after years of research have shown that this product has advantages such as advanced structure, simple operation, stable operation, high output, fast flow rate, high filtration precision, good cleaning quality, low water consumption, and long operation cycle, with a pollution interception capacity more than four times that of ordinary sand filters.

The fibre filter equipment consists of a fixed perforated plate, fibre bundles, a movable perforated plate, and an aeration device. The movable perforated plate can move up and down; during filtration, the porosity of the filter material gradually decreases along the water flow direction, increasing fibre density.
The filtration process involves both longitudinal deep filtration and lateral deep filtration, effectively improving filtration precision. During cleaning, the fibres are loosened, and the air-water combined cleaning method is used. In the process of bubble aggregation and hydraulic flushing, the fibres are continually vibrated longitudinally, and under the combined action of downward hydraulic force and rising bubbles, the filter material is regenerated.
Industrial filter tank is an efficient water treatment equipment, which removes suspended matter, microorganisms and other fine particles from water by using different types and particle size granular substances (such as quartz sand, activated carbon, fiber, etc.) as filter material. These filter material layers can complete the water filtration and purification process through mechanical filtration, adsorption filtration and biological filtration.

Automatic filter is a water treatment equipment with integrated automatic control function, which includes several key components:
1. Water inlet: This is the inlet of water into the fiber filter, usually equipped with a valve or control device to regulate the flow of water into the filter.
2. Water outlet: The filtered water flows out through this outlet, which can be directly used for the subsequent water treatment process or direct use.
3. Drain port: When the fibre bundle filter is backwashed, the waste water containing impurities will be discharged through this outlet. Backwashing is a regular process used to remove accumulated impurities on the fibre filter material and maintain the filtration efficiency of the filter.
4. Pressure gauge: used to monitor the pressure inside the fiber filter. It can help to monitor the working condition of the filter, such as high pressure may mean that the filter material is blocked and needs to be backwashed.
