Product Description
Catalytic Combustion Equipment for Environmental Protection Exhaust Gas Treatment
Overview:
The Catalytic Combustion equipment uses a combination of activated carbon adsorption, thermal desorption, and catalytic combustion technologies to purify organic waste gases.
The activated carbon adsorbs the organic solvents in the waste gas through the characteristics of its micropores and large surface tension, purifying the discharged gas as the first working process. After the activated carbon is saturated, the adsorbed organic solvents are desorbed by thermal airflow at a certain concentration ratio and sent to the catalytic combustion bed as the second working process.
The high-concentration organic waste gas entering the catalytic combustion bed is further heated step by step, and under the action of the catalyst, oxygen decomposes and converts the gas into carbon dioxide and water. The heat released during this decomposition is recovered through a high-efficiency heat exchanger to heat the high-concentration organic waste gas entering the catalytic combustion bed, which constitutes the third working process. After running for a certain period and reaching equilibrium, the desorption and catalytic decomposition processes do not require additional external energy for heating.

Technical Features:
Catalytic combustion system adopts a combined process of adsorption and concentration plus catalytic combustion. The entire system realizes a closed cycle of purification and desorption processes, with no secondary pollution generated during operation and low equipment investment and operating costs. Specially formed honeycomb activated carbon is selected as the adsorption material, featuring long adsorbent service life, low resistance of the adsorption system and high purification efficiency. High-quality precious metals such as palladium and platinum are loaded on honeycomb ceramics as catalysts, achieving a catalytic combustion rate of over 97%. The catalysts have a long service life, low decomposition temperature, short desorption preheating time and low energy consumption. A microcomputer centralized control system is applied to achieve full automation of equipment operation and manipulation, ensuring stable and reliable operation. A dry high-efficiency dust filtration device is equipped at the front end with high purification efficiency, which effectively guarantees the service life of the adsorption device.

Application scope:
1. It can be used for the purification treatment of organic solvents (mixed organic waste gases such as benzene, alcohol, ketone, aldehyde, ester, phenol, ether, and alkane).
2. Suitable for organic waste gas purification in industries such as wires, cables, enameled wires, machinery, motors, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, engines, magnetic tapes, plastics, and household appliances.
3. It can be used in various drying processes such as drying channels, printing iron cans, surface spraying, printing ink, motor insulation treatment, leather shoe adhesive, etc., to purify the organic waste gas generated in each process.
