PPH Spray Tower
The PPH spray tower uses a spiral extrusion winding integrated forming process.
A PPH spray tower (Polypropylene Homopolymer spray tower) is a high-performance wet scrubber made of PPH, a modified homopolymer polypropylene with superior heat and corrosion resistance. It is widely used for acid/alkali exhaust gas purification, dust removal, and mist elimination in chemical, plating, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries.

1. Material: PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer)
High corrosion resistance: Resists strong acids (HCl, H₂SO₄, HF), alkalis (NH₃, NaOH), and most organic solvents; ideal for pH 1–14 environments.
Excellent heat resistance: Continuous service temperature 80–90°C, short-term up to 100–110°C; much higher than PP (60°C) or PVC.
Long lifespan: UV-stabilized, anti-aging; service life 15+ years (3–5× longer than steel).
Lightweight: 1/8 the weight of steel; easy to install and reduces structural load.
2. Structure (Same as standard spray towers, PPH construction)
Tower body: Cylindrical, integrally wound/butt-welded PPH, no leakage.
Spray system: PPH nozzles, pipes, circulation pump; fine mist (100–120 μm) for full coverage.
Packing layer: Polypropylene Pall rings; large surface area for gas–liquid contact.
Mist eliminator: Removes entrained droplets to prevent carry-over.
Circulation tank: PPH, collects and recycles scrubbing liquid.

3. Working Principle
Gas inlet: Dirty gas enters from the bottom side.
Countercurrent contact: Gas flows upward; scrubbing liquid (water/chemicals) sprays downward.
Pollutant removal: Acidic/alkaline gases are absorbed/neutralized; dust is captured by droplets.
Mist removal & discharge: Clean gas passes through the mist eliminator and exits at the top.
Liquid circulation: Contaminated liquid returns to the tank for treatment/reuse.
